The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and the sales team. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales orders * Coordinate with customers regarding product inquiries and deliveries * Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases * Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries * Handle customer complaints and provide after\-sales support * Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment * Prepare sales reports and monthly performance summaries * Build and maintain strong customer relationships Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service * Experience in office supplies, stationery, or FMCG sector is preferred * Good communication and negotiation skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Knowledge of ERP/software systems is an advantage * Ability to multitask and work under pressure * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus Pay: QAR1,800\.00 \- QAR2,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
