Assisting in the preparation of regulatory documents **Junior Tech Fund Administrator** Job Overview Our company is seeking a Junior Technical Fund Administrator to support the administrative and financial operations of technology investment funds. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring fund financial data, supporting reporting processes, verifying transactions, and assisting in preparing regulatory and operational documents to ensure accurate and smooth fund administration. Responsibilities and Duties * Supporting administrative and financial operations of technical investment funds. * Monitoring and recording fund-related financial transactions. * Preparing periodic reports on fund financial performance. * Verifying the accuracy of data entered into fund management systems. * Assisting in account and bank reconciliations. * Supporting the preparation of regulatory reports and compliance with supervisory authorities. * Coordinating with accounting, investment, and internal audit teams. * Monitoring investor subscriptions and redemptions. * Maintaining and organizing fund financial and legal documents. * Contributing to improving operational processes and data management systems. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems. * 0–3 years of experience (fresh graduate or limited experience in finance/accounting). * Basic knowledge of capital markets or fund management is an advantage. * Strong Excel and numerical analysis skills. * High accuracy in data entry and attention to detail. * Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team. * Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
