The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to mechanical works, from initial calculations to final figures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare cost estimates and budgets for mechanical projects * Perform quantity take\-offs and cost analysis * Manage project variations and claims * Coordinate with project and site teams * Ensure cost control and financial reporting throughout the project **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor * Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes * Experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying * GCC experience preferred * Good communication and reporting skills Work Location: In person
