Summary: Seeking experienced Arabic-speaking Service Advisors to greet customers, prepare job cards, explain service needs, coordinate with technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and service quality We are currently seeking experienced Service Advisors who are Arabic speaking only and currently based in Qatar. Location: Qatar Send CV to: careers@alwahacars.com Job Description (JD): Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements Receive customer vehicles and prepare job cards accurately Provide clear explanation of service and repair needs to customers Coordinate with workshop technicians for job updates and completion timelines Follow up on vehicle status and update customers regularly Prepare cost estimates and obtain customer approvals Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and service quality Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required Maintain proper records of service jobs and documentation Requirements: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in automotive service industry preferred Must be fluent in Arabic (mandatory) Good communication and customer handling skills Must be currently residing in Qatar Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to: careers@alwahacars.com Pay: QAR6,000\.00 \- QAR6,500\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
