What You'll Do As our Time and Motion Engineer, you will: Analyze existing workflows using time studies, motion analysis, and process mapping techniques. Identify operational bottlenecks and develop practical, data\-driven solutions to improve productivity and resource utilization. Design standardized work procedures that enhance efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and management teams to implement process improvements across departments. Collect, interpret, and present performance metrics to support strategic decision\-making. Evaluate workforce allocation, equipment utilization, and production methods to maximize operational performance. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and recommend further optimization opportunities. Develop documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance reports to sustain operational excellence.
