Own data cutover execution and regulatory compliance **Data Work Stream Project Manager** **Role Description** Seeking an experienced Data Work Stream Project Manager to lead end\-to\-end data migration and strategy for a major core banking transformation. You will oversee the complete lifecycle—from ETL design and data governance to cutover execution and post\-migration synchronization—ensuring clean, accurate, and fully compliant data migration across core and downstream systems. **Key Responsibilities** Data Migration \& Strategy: Lead end\-to\-end Temenos T24 core banking data migration, including ETL design, legacy\-to\-target mapping, transformation rules, and peripheral system integration. Quality \& Governance: Drive data cleansing, enrichment, and data quality controls to ensure high integrity and governance across multi\-vendor environments. Vendor \& Mock Run Management: Direct SI/vendor teams, execute mock migration cycles, manage reconciliation tools, and drive defect resolution. Cutover Ownership: Own the data cutover execution, including runbooks, freeze windows, sign\-offs, and rollback planning. Reporting \& Compliance: Oversee downstream system impact analysis, reporting/ODS frameworks, and regulatory compliance (central bank, tax, and risk). **Qualifications \& Experience** Proven track record managing end\-to\-end core banking data migrations, including mock runs and cutover execution. Hands\-on experience with Temenos T24 core banking migrations and downstream system integration readiness. Strong expertise in data governance, cleansing frameworks, and data quality controls within multi\-vendor setups. Deep understanding of regulatory reporting requirements (central bank, tax, and risk systems) and operational data stores (ODS). Pay: QAR40,000\.00 \- QAR45,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
