**Healthcare Services Planner** RITS is seeking an experienced **Healthcare Services Planner** to lead end\-user engagement, site surveys, feasibility studies, business cases, design briefs, and tender documentation for healthcare projects in Qatar. The selected candidate will manage **design consultants for large\-scale projects** and deliver in\-house designs for small and medium projects.
