Based in the vibrant hub of **Al Gharrafa**, we are looking for a high\-energy, detail\-oriented **E\-commerce Coordinator** to manage our digital storefront and ensure our customers enjoy a seamless journey from "Add to Cart" to delivery. **The Role** As our E\-commerce Coordinator, you are the digital floor manager of our marketplace. This role is a blend of creative content management, data\-driven analysis, and logistical coordination. You will ensure our products look stunning, our inventory is accurate, and our promotional campaigns hit the mark. **Your Key Responsibilities** * **Storefront Management:** Upload and maintain high\-quality product listings, including engaging descriptions, accurate pricing, and optimized imagery. * **Inventory Synchronization:** Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock levels on the website reflect real\-time availability. * **Order Workflow Oversight:** Monitor the end\-to\-end order fulfillment process, troubleshooting any delays between the platform and the delivery team. * **Digital Marketing Support:** Assist in the execution of newsletters, seasonal promotions, and discount codes to drive traffic and conversion. * **Customer Insights:** Analyze website traffic and sales data to suggest improvements for the user interface (UI) and overall customer experience. **Who You Are** * **Digital Native:** You navigate e\-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce) with your eyes closed. * **Visual \& Verbal Storyteller:** You have a knack for writing catchy product copy and an eye for aesthetics. * **Data\-Informed:** You don’t just guess; you look at the numbers to see what’s working and what isn't. * **Proactive Organizer:** You can manage multiple product launches simultaneously without missing a single detail. **Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. * **Experience:** 2\+ years of experience in e\-commerce coordination, digital marketing, or retail operations. * **Skills:** Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups and pivot tables are your friends) and basic photo editing skills (Canva or Photoshop). * **Languages:** Fluency in **English** is required.
