Manage large-scale IT infrastructure, including datacenters **The Role** We are currently recruiting for an experienced IT Systems Manager to join a leading organization overseeing Traffic Control \& Monitoring Systems, Datacenters, and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) operations in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing system performance, overseeing subcontractors, and driving the architecture, optimization, and continuous improvement of large\-scale IT systems within a critical transport environment. Strong understanding of: * System architecture, networking concepts, and security protocols * ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and ITSM tools * System monitoring tools and incident response platforms * Relational and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning Experience with: * Container orchestration and modern system architecture * Performance optimization and system efficiency improvements * Incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA\-driven environments * Cross\-functional team leadership and stakeholder management **Requirements** * MUST be based in DOHA or willing to relocate. * Minimum 10\+ years of experience in IT systems management, preferably within transportation/ITS environments \* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field?Strong expertise in Video Management Systems, \* Network Management Systems, and Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) * Proven experience managing large\-scale IT infrastructure, including datacenters and mission\-critical systems * Experience in managing subcontractors and ensuring system availability and performance **About the company** Ignite Search \& Selection is a leading Recruitment Agency in the Middle East.
