On-site problem solving and rapid decision-making **Senior Construction Manager** Job Overview: Our company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to supervise the execution of major construction projects, ensure compliance with schedules, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements, and efficiently manage work teams and contractors. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and execute construction projects from inception to final handover. * Supervise work teams and contractors at project sites. * Ensure adherence to engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with scheduled timelines. * Oversee quality and safety throughout all execution phases. * Manage project costs and budgets. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams. * Solve on-site problems and make rapid decisions. * Prepare progress reports for senior management and clients. * Ensure compliance with HSE standards and local regulations. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or equivalent. * 10–15 years of experience in construction project management. * Experience in large-scale projects such as infrastructure, buildings, or industrial facilities. * Strong knowledge of site management and contractor management. * Solid understanding of quality and safety standards. Preferred Certifications: * PMP (Project Management Professional) * OSHA or NEBOSH * Construction project management certifications Required Skills: * Construction site management. * Leadership and team management. * On-site problem solving. * Planning and organization. * Contractor and supplier management. * Effective communication and ability to work under pressure.
