Sales officer/executive play a crucial role in driving business growth, building client relationships, and promoting sustainable waste management solutions. His/her responsibilities are tailored to the unique demands of the industry, which include waste collection, recycling, disposal, and environmental services **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, municipalities, and industrial facilities, to offer waste management service * Develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share. * Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in the waste management industry. * Promote waste management services such as waste collection, recycling, hazardous waste disposal, and composting. * Educate clients on the benefits of sustainable waste management practices and compliance with environmental regulation * Highlight cost\-effective and eco\-friendly solutions to meet client needs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Address client inquiries, concerns, and service\-related issues promptly. * Conduct regular follow\-ups to ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided. * Assess client needs and recommend tailored waste management plans. * Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with client requirements and regulatory standards. * Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization. * Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. * Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. * Stay updated on local, state, and federal regulations related to waste management. * Ensure that clients are informed about compliance requirements and that services adhere to legal standards. * Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients. * Ensure terms and conditions are favorable for both the client and the company. * Work closely with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. * Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings. **Skills and Qualifications:** * **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in business, environmental science, marketing, or a related field. * **Experience**: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the waste management, environmental services, * **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding waste management processes, recycling technologies, and environmental regulations. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch services and build relationships. Arabic speaking is an advantage. * **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals. * **Problem\-Solving**: Strong analytical skills to address client needs and provide effective solutions. * **Tech\-Savvy**: Proficiency in CRM/SAP software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools. * **Sustainability Awareness**: Passion for environmental sustainability and promoting eco\-friendly practices. **Applicants must be currently based in Qatar with an NOC (No Objection Certificate) and be available to join immediately.** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Sales Executive in Waste Management: 5 years (Preferred) Language: * English (Required) * Arabic (Preferred) License/Certification: * Qatar Driving License (Required) Location: * Doha (Preferred)
