We are seeking an experienced \*Security Manager\* to oversee and manage all security operations across our facilities in Qatar. The candidate will ensure safety, enforce policies, and lead the security team efficiently throughout the contract period. Key Responsibilities: \* Develop and implement security policies and procedures \* Manage security teams and daily operations \* Conduct risk assessments and site inspections \* Coordinate with government authorities and stakeholders\* Prepare operational reports and ensure regulatory compliance Requirements: \* Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field\* 7\+ years of security management experience (GCC preferred)\* Excellent leadership and emergency response skills\* Knowledge of Qatar security laws and regulations Job Type: Contract
