The role ensures proper installation, sealing, alignment, and compliance with safety standards to maintain vehicle safety and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Inspect vehicles to assess windshield and auto glass damage. * Repair chips and cracks using appropriate tools and materials. * Remove and replace damaged windshields, side windows, rear glass, and other auto glass components. * Apply adhesives and ensure proper sealing, fitting, and alignment according to manufacturer standards. * Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during installation and repair. * Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. * Ensure high\-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in auto glass repair and replacement preferred. * Knowledge of installation tools, adhesives, and repair techniques. * Strong attention to detail and good manual skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Basic understanding of vehicle safety standards. **Benefits:** * Company\-provided accommodation. * Company transportation.
