Manage medical facilities and equipment. **Job Title**: Medic **Location**: Doha, Qatar **Job Type**: Full Time **Job Description**: The Medic is responsible for providing immediate medical care, first aid, emergency response, and occupational health support to employees, guests, and visitors. The role ensures medical readiness, maintains medical records and supplies, promotes health and safety standards, and coordinates emergency evacuations when required. **Key Roles \& Responsibilities** **Emergency Medical Response** * Respond promptly to all medical emergencies, injuries, and illnesses. * Assess patients and determine the appropriate level of care required. * Administer first aid and emergency treatment within the scope of certification. * Stabilize injured or ill individuals until transfer to a medical facility. * Coordinate ambulance services and medical evacuations when necessary. * Maintain readiness to respond to emergencies at all times. **Occupational Health \& Safety** * Conduct routine health assessments and wellness checks. * Monitor workplace health risks and provide health\-related guidance. * Support safety initiatives and promote health awareness among staff. * Participate in incident investigations involving injuries or medical events. * Assist the HSE team in identifying and mitigating health hazards. **Medical Facility \& Equipment Management** * Maintain the medical clinic, first aid room, and emergency response equipment. * Inspect, test, and ensure medical equipment is operational and compliant. * Monitor medicine inventory and expiry dates. * Ensure adequate stock levels of medical supplies and consumables. * Arrange replenishment of medicines and medical equipment as required. **Documentation \& Reporting** * Maintain accurate medical records, treatment logs, and incident reports. * Document all injuries, illnesses, treatments, and emergency responses. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly medical reports as required. * Maintain confidentiality of all medical information. * Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. **Training \& Awareness** * Conduct first aid, CPR, and emergency response awareness sessions. * Assist in emergency drills and evacuation exercises. * Educate employees on health, hygiene, and workplace safety practices. * Provide guidance on injury prevention and wellness initiatives. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or related healthcare field. * Valid professional license/certification. * Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification. * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in emergency medical response, occupational health, hospitality, construction, industrial, or remote\-site environments. * Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and workplace health regulations.
