**Job Position:** **Duty Manager \| Sapphire Plaza Hotel** Sapphire Plaza Hotel is currently looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team. **Job Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth front\-of\-house and back\-of\-house coordination * Act as the Manager on Duty and handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally * Ensure high standards of guest service and compliance with hotel policies and procedures * Supervise and support staff during assigned shifts, ensuring proper staffing and performance * Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security departments * Prepare shift reports and report any incidents or operational issues to Management * Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * **Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Duty Manager in 4\-5 Star Hotel (Mandatory)** * Strong knowledge of Hotel Operations and Guest Relations * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Male \- Arab Speaker * Can Join Immediately with Valid QID and Available NOC Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR3,000\.00 per month
