Position Overview The IT Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company's technology strategy, overseeing IT operations, cybersecurity, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise technology systems. This leadership role will ensure that technology infrastructure supports business objectives while maintaining security, efficiency, and scalability. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement the organization's IT vision, strategy, and technology roadmap * Lead and manage all aspects of IT operations, infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and enterprise systems * Oversee cybersecurity programs, data protection initiatives, and risk management activities * Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of business\-critical systems * Manage technology budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships * Lead digital transformation projects and technology modernization initiatives * Oversee disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies, and system resilience * Implement and maintain IT governance, policies, standards, and compliance frameworks * Support business units with technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions * Build, mentor, and lead high\-performing IT teams * Provide strategic technology guidance to executive leadership Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field * Master's degree or MBA preferred * Minimum 8\+ years of progressive IT leadership experience * Strong expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and systems administration * Experience managing digital transformation and enterprise technology projects * Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance practices * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Proven ability to manage complex technology environments and teams Preferred Qualifications * Experience within corporate services, commercial real estate, business centers, facilities management, or professional services environments * Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, or equivalent * Experience with ERP, CRM, collaboration, and workplace technology platforms * Knowledge of smart building technologies and integrated facility management systems is an asset What We Offer * Competitive executive\-level compensation package * Performance\-based bonus opportunities * Comprehensive health and benefits program * Professional development and leadership growth opportunities * Collaborative and forward\-thinking work environment * Opportunity to lead strategic technology initiatives across a growing organization Pay: QAR25,000\.00 \- QAR30,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
