Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally * Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression * Manage reservations via phone, email, or booking system * Maintain and organize the reservation book or digital system * Assign tables efficiently based on availability and guest preferences * Coordinate with servers and management to optimize seating flow * Handle walk\-in guests and waitlists professionally * Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries * Assist guests with special requests (birthdays, accessibility needs, etc.) * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/host stand area * Provide accurate wait times and keep guests informed Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
