Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Accounting * Record daily accounting transactions, receipts, petty cash, supplier invoices, and operational expenses. * Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and accounting files. * Process supplier payments, cheques, bank deposits, and payroll\-related accounting entries. Cash Management * Collect and reconcile daily cash received from sales teams. * Perform daily cash closing and deposit collections into the bank. * Maintain accurate cash records and internal cash reports. Accounts Receivable * Record customer payments received through cash, cheques, and bank transfers. * Prepare and share customer statements and monitor outstanding balances. * Support credit control activities and resolve customer payment discrepancies. Reporting \& Finance Support * Prepare daily and monthly accounting reports using Excel and ERP systems. * Assist in month\-end closing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. * Support internal and external audits while providing assistance to the Senior Accountant and Finance Manager.
