**Job Description** ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Business Process Automation Developer specializing in K2 and Power Platform to join our dynamic IT team. This permanent, full\-time position is based in Qatar and offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and efficiency through automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designs and develops digital forms and Servicesflows using K2, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The role improves efficiency by automating manual processes and integrating them with enterprise systems. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for automation solutions. * Integrate solutions with SharePoint, ERP, and EDRMS applications. * Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using K2 and Power Platform tools. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation. * Conduct requirement analysis and develop proof\-of\-concept prototypes. * Perform testing, validation, and documentation for all automated processes. * Maintain and optimize existing automation solutions to ensure they meet business needs. * Provide technical support and training to end\-users on automated processes. * Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation technologies. * Maintain and optimize existing Servicesflows to improve business efficiency. **Required Profile** We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in business process automation and a passion for technology. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 5\+ years of experience in Servicesflow automation (K2, Power Platform). * Strong understanding of business process management and workflow automation. * Knowledge of REST APIs, connectors, and data integration standards. * Proficiency in developing low\-code or no\-code enterprise solutions. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. * Strong problem\-solving and process analysis skills. * Proficiency in programming languages such as C\#, JavaScript, or similar.
