**Qualifications \& Experience** * Preferably with Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil / Electrical / A/C / Electronics Trade (or equivalent) * Minimum 5–6 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 3 years in Qatar/GCC (maintenance and construction projects/works) * Must be a multi\-skilled technician with Civil, MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical repair, renovation, refurbishment * Proficiency to evaluate work requirements * Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with Qatar’s construction codes and regulatory standards.
