Conduct troubleshooting for electrical and low-current/ELV systems **Job Overview** We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong background in Facilities Management (FM) operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable performance of *electrical systems and Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)* across managed facilities, while supporting overall building operations and service continuity. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems within facilities * Ensure proper operation, testing, and maintenance of **Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)** and life safety systems * Coordinate daily maintenance activities within Facilities Management operations * Supervise technicians, contractors, and service providers * Conduct troubleshooting for electrical and low\-current/ELV systems * Monitor building services performance and ensure minimal downtime * Review maintenance reports, service logs, and inspection findings * Ensure compliance with FM standards, safety regulations, and site procedures * Support emergency response and restoration of critical systems **Requirements** ✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field ✔ Minimum 7 years of experience in Facilities Management ✔ Strong hands\-on knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) ✔ Experience in managing electrical systems in FM environment (commercial/residential buildings, complexes, etc.) ✔ Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and ELV systems ✔ Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and FM best practices ✔ Good communication and coordination skills with operational teams Pay: From QAR1\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your notice period? * How many years of experience do you have? * What is your expected salary? * Can you join immediately? * What is your nationality?
