General DentistJob Summary
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient\-focused **General Dentist** to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will provide high\-quality comprehensive dental care while building strong, long\-term relationships with patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, educating patients on oral health, and ensuring an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
* Provide general and preventive dental care, including cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions.
* Diagnose and manage common oral health conditions.
* Review and interpret dental X\-rays and other diagnostic tests.
* Develop and explain appropriate treatment plans to patients.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
* Administer local anesthesia safely and effectively.
* Refer patients to specialists when appropriate.
* Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, reception staff, and other healthcare professionals.
* Follow all infection\-control, health, safety, and professional standards.
* Stay current with developments in dentistry, clinical techniques, and best practices.
* Provide compassionate, ethical, and patient\-centered care.
Qualifications:
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), or equivalent dental degree.
* Valid and unrestricted dental license in the applicable jurisdiction.
* Current CPR/BLS certification.
* Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary dental team.
* At least 3 years experience
