**Job Objective**
To lead, coordinate, and support the overall planning, execution, and delivery of projects by ensuring smooth communication, resource allocation, documentation control, and timely completion of activities within scope, budget, and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:**
* Project Management
* Planning and Documenting project tasks
* Ensuring deliverables are delivered on\-time
* Managing all project resources
* Organizing the project schedule
* Organizing the project logistics requirements
* Document Controller. Keeping a detailed record of the project at every stage which include preparation and issuance of Project Documents according to each project DC manual \& MRB issuance for the final payments.
* Sourcing Manpower as per site requirements.
* Company RLIC visits and closely working with operations team.
* Attending Company RLIC during QatarEnergy inspection.
* Communicating with SPS Project team.
* Issuing Delivery Tickets to site team and follow up with client for signed Delivery Ticket.
* Arrangements for SPS RLIC assets service/maintenance.
* Tracking of Lifting Equipment \& Instrument Certifications.
* Signing of documents for RLIC gate passes application.
* SPS RLIC visit and closely working with operations team.
* Arranging for Maintenance Services for SPS RLIC assets.
* Tracking of Lifting Equipment and Instrument Certification
* Represent SPS to ISO Audit since 2019 and provide supporting documents as per the requirement of the Auditor
