Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records We are currently looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented **Temporary Admin Assistant** to support our team onsite for a short\-term assignment from August 5 \- Sept 3, 2026\. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide general administrative support to the team * Handle document preparation, filing, and record\-keeping * Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records * Manage emails, correspondence, and basic coordination tasks * Support scheduling and meeting arrangements as needed * Perform other ad hoc administrative duties when required **Requirements:** * Prior experience in an administrative or office support role * Strong organizational and time management skills * Good communication skills (written and verbal) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently * Must be available to work onsite for the full duration * Preferably on a husband’s visa Work Location: In person
