





* Complies with unit policies and procedures. * Adheres to assigned work schedules. * Fulfills assigned responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner. * Recommends procedural changes to improve operational efficiency. * Attends and evaluates required training programs. * Performs data entry to support the preparation of performance and operational reports. * Reports to the Stock Control Analyst and performs all warehouse operations as requested and according to assigned schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in receiving, stocking, and issuing goods. * Develops working knowledge of warehouse operations and detailed knowledge of goods within the assigned commodity group. * Receives goods cleared by customs in the receiving area for inspection, ensuring all items have an approved and issued purchase order in the system. * Conducts inspections of received goods and enters receipts into the system, identifying discrepancies, rejecting damaged items, and redirecting goods when required. * Coordinates delivery of items to end\-users or places received items in their designated storage locations. * Processes internal requests for consumption or transfer of goods, as well as external client requests, by obtaining necessary approvals and preparing and physically transferring goods. * Assists in picking, packing, and shipping activities, including picking items, transferring them to staging areas, and preparing them for packing and dispatch. * Supports reverse logistics activities by processing authorized and approved product recalls, returns, and exchanges. * Performs physical and cycle counts throughout the year to ensure the accuracy of inventory quantities and values.
