Support and maintain the network; monitor connectivity and internet, and troubleshoot network failures. Support users of Microsoft Office applications: Word: Preparing documents, reports, and templates. Excel: Creating spreadsheets and formulas, generating analytical reports and charts, and using Pivot Tables. PowerPoint: Designing presentations. Outlook: Managing email, calendar, and tasks. Comprehensively manage the school's social media accounts. Monitor content, publish posts, and respond to inquiries. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Information Technology or equivalent). Minimum one year of experience in technical support. Proficiency in computer operations and Microsoft Office applications. Fundamental knowledge of networking and troubleshooting. Experience in managing social media platforms. Arabic and English language proficiency. **Residency Requirements:** Valid residency permit in Qatar. No objection to sponsorship transfer. Salary: QAR 4,000.00 per month Location: * Doha (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site
