Ensure compliance with data protection laws and organizational policies **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Data Privacy Consultant to lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of data privacy frameworks across multiple projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in data privacy, data classification, and the design of privacy strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement enterprise\-wide data privacy strategies, frameworks, policies, and procedures. * Design and maintain data classification frameworks to ensure appropriate handling and protection of sensitive information. * Conduct privacy assessments and identify risks related to the collection, processing, storage, and sharing of data. * Advise stakeholders on privacy\-by\-design principles and data governance best practices. * Develop and maintain privacy documentation, standards, and operating procedures. * Ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations, and organizational policies. * Support business units in implementing privacy controls and mitigating privacy risks. * Conduct awareness sessions and training programs on data privacy and data protection. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to integrate privacy requirements into business processes and technology solutions. * Prepare reports, recommendations, and compliance documentation for management and clients. * Travel to regional project locations as required to support client engagements. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. * 5–8 years of professional experience in data privacy, data protection, or information governance. * Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing data privacy frameworks and governance programs. **Mandatory Requirements** * Strong expertise in **Data Classification** methodologies and frameworks. * Proven experience in developing data privacy strategies, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. * Excellent understanding of privacy principles, risk management, and data protection best practices. * Fluency in **English, French, and Arabic** (spoken and written) is mandatory. * Willingness to travel regionally for project assignments. **Preferred Qualifications** * Professional certifications such as **CIPP**, **CIPM**, **CIPT**, **CDPSE**, or other relevant data privacy certifications are considered an advantage. * Knowledge of international and regional data protection regulations and privacy frameworks. * Experience working in consulting or client\-facing environments is preferred. **Key Skills** * Data Privacy \& Data Protection * Data Classification * Privacy Risk Assessment * Data Governance * Policy \& Procedure Development * Regulatory Compliance * Stakeholder Management * Analytical and Problem\-Solving Skills * Communication and Presentation Skills * Report Writing and Documentation **Compensation \& Benefits** * **Monthly Salary:** QAR 10,000 – QAR 20,000 * Annual Air Ticket * Health Insurance * Performance Bonus * Regional project travel expenses covered separately * Full\-Time Employment * Renewable 2\-Year Contract **Preferred Candidate Profile** * Candidates with approximately **5–8 years** of relevant experience in data privacy and governance. * Open to both **male and female** candidates. * Willing to travel across the region as required for client projects.
