Summary: Seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage daily IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of technology systems and infrastructure for the Club. Highlights: 1. Collaborate with departments to meet technology needs We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the day\-to\-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the smooth functioning of technology systems and infrastructure to support the Club’s operational requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, implementing IT policies and procedures, managing IT projects, and collaborating with other departments to meet the Club’s technology needs. The IT Manager will also contribute to strategic planning and technology initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** Responsible in the line Management of other IT Technicians within the club. Provide general technical support related to IT matters, but not limited to: * Network and Applications Management * Computer Systems Management * Monitoring the condition of Network Resources and reporting any damage or problems to the Management. * Ensuring systems backup procedures are followed regularly. * Ensuring latest anti\-virus is running successfully. * Ensuring the Smooth Operation of the Wireless Network * Ensuring the smooth running of the club's applications. Maintaining, installing and supporting the use of Computer equipment and peripherals for administrative use within the club. Monitor and keep a log of all breakdowns and alterations to the Club’s systems. Advise on the technical aspects of the club’s IT development and Hardware / Software purchases. Checking the Operations of the Club’s IT systems and reporting any equipment needs repair or upgrade. Maintain an accurate record of Software licenses and report infringement to the Management. Maintain a detailed stock record of the Club’s IT Hardware and Peripherals. Liaise with IT equipment suppliers and vendors in the event of technical issues which require IT specialist support. Provide Security to Club’s logical and physical IT infrastructure. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fielD * Minimum 6 years of experience in the hospitality sector in an IT management or similar role * Strong technical knowledge of network administration, system administration, database management, and hardware/software troubleshooting * Excellent leadership, problem\-solving, and communication skills * Strong analytical thinking and ability to take initiative independently * Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure smooth day\-to\-day IT operations * Flexible to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required * Ability to work effectively under pressure and support operational business needs Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Education: * Bachelor (Required) Experience: * Hospitality industry: 6 years (Required) Location: * Doha (Required) Work Location: In person
