Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and results\-driven Private Equity Manager to lead investment evaluation, financial analysis, portfolio management, and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting long\-term business expansion strategies. Key Responsibilities * Identify, evaluate, and execute private equity and investment opportunities. * Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, market research, and due diligence. * Analyze mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. * Monitor and manage portfolio investments and performance metrics. * Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management. * Coordinate with legal, finance, and operational teams during transaction processes. * Develop relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners. * Assess industry trends, risks, and opportunities within shipping, logistics, and related sectors. * Support fundraising activities and capital allocation strategies. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards. Qualifications \& Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. * MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is highly preferred. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or asset management. * Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. * Experience in shipping, logistics, maritime, or infrastructure investments is an advantage. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. * Strong understanding of financial markets, investment structures, and risk management.
