Summary: Drawlines Consult is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a short-term assignment to manage commercial aspects of construction projects, including invoicing, payment applications, and variation orders. Work with SAP system and contractual procedures Drawlines Consult is looking for Quantity Surveyor for a short\-term assignment. Project Duration: 6months (extendable) Location: Lusail **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 \-7 years of experience in construction/commercial management. * Strong knowledge and hands\-on experience in: * **SAP system (Compulsory)** * Subcontractor invoice evaluation and processing * Client invoice preparation and submission * Interim payment applications and certification * Variation Orders (VO) * Maintaining the commercial logs * Familiar with contractual procedures and project commercial administration. * Good communication and coordination skills. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in construction fit\-out projects, particularly with Contractor /subcontractor. * Knowledge of FIDIC contractual procedures is an advantage. * Able to work in pressure situation.
