Relevant certifications in procurement or logistics are an advantage. Experience 2–5 years of experience in ship chandling, maritime logistics, procurement, or shipping operations. Experience coordinating vessel supplies and port operations is preferred. LinkedIn \+1 Key Responsibilities Coordinate vessel supply requests for provisions, bonded stores, technical stores, and spare parts. Prepare and send RFQs (Request for Quotations) to suppliers. Source materials and negotiate prices with vendors. Process purchase orders and monitor deliveries. Coordinate with ship agents, port authorities, suppliers, and warehouse teams. Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents. Ensure timely delivery of supplies to vessels. Maintain supplier databases and procurement records. Resolve customer issues and provide excellent service. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Skills Strong communication and coordination skills. Negotiation and supplier management. Knowledge of maritime operations and vessel requirements. Familiarity with customs clearance and port documentation. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with ERP or procurement software is an advantage.
