What You'll Do * Coordinate day\-to\-day trading and commercial operations. * Support order processing, procurement activities, and transaction management. * Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with logistics providers. * Maintain accurate records of orders, contracts, invoices, and commercial documents. * Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. * Track order status and provide timely updates to stakeholders. * Assist with inventory coordination and supply chain activities. * Prepare operational reports and business documentation. * Support compliance with company policies and commercial procedures. * Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements. * Assist with vendor management and relationship coordination. * Contribute to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction initiatives.
