The ideal candidate will ensure accurate travel arrangements, maintain operational records, and coordinate with internal teams and service providers to support efficient travel operations. Responsibilities * Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics activities. * Manage travel\-related systems, records, and documentation. * Monitor travel requests, approvals, and scheduling processes. * Coordinate with employees, vendors, and service providers regarding travel requirements. * Maintain accurate reports and update travel information in company systems. * Identify and resolve travel\-related issues in a timely manner. * Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Travel Management, or a related field. * Experience in travel coordination, logistics, administration, or a similar role is an advantage. * Familiarity with travel management systems and office productivity tools. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication, coordination, and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different stakeholders.
