The role requires maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and efficient kitchen operations while ensuring timely preparation of daily bakery items. Key Responsibilities * Prepare a variety of breads including Arabic bread, pita, khubz, buns, rolls, and specialty breads. * Bake cakes, pastries, muffins, croissants, cookies, biscuits, and desserts. * Prepare traditional Arabic and international bakery products. * Decorate cakes and pastries as requested for family events and celebrations. * Measure, mix, knead, proof, and bake ingredients according to recipes. * Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. * Maintain proper storage of bakery ingredients and finished products. * Monitor stock levels and prepare ingredient purchase requests. * Check the freshness and quality of all ingredients before use. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment and workstations. * Operate bakery equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, proofers, and dough machines. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times. * Minimize food waste through proper production planning. * Coordinate with the household chef and kitchen staff regarding meal schedules and special occasions. * Prepare customized bakery items for birthdays, Ramadan, Eid, and family gatherings. * Maintain inventory records of bakery supplies. * Report equipment faults or maintenance requirements promptly.
