Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives We are seeking an experienced **Cost Controller** to join our growing Food \& Beverage Group in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring food and beverage costs, inventory management, purchasing controls, and financial reporting across multiple restaurant outlets to ensure operational efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs across multiple outlets. * Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and stock audits. * Analyze food cost, beverage cost, and variance reports. * Verify recipe costing, menu costing, and portion control to maximize profitability. * Monitor purchasing, receiving, issuing, and stock movement. * Reconcile inventory records with POS and inventory management systems. * Investigate stock discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports for management. * Work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Operations, and Kitchen teams. * Ensure compliance with company policies and internal control procedures. * Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost\-saving initiatives. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience as an F\&B Cost Controller. * Experience in restaurants, hospitality groups, or hotel operations. * Strong knowledge of food and beverage costing, inventory control, and purchasing procedures. * Experience with recipe costing, menu engineering, and stock management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/POS systems. * Strong analytical, reporting, and problem\-solving skills. * Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage. * GCC experience is preferred.
