Expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle About the Role Arbak Digital Solutions LLC is a technology consulting company delivering digital transformation, custom software development, CRM implementation and enterprise business solutions for organizations across Qatar. Our focus is helping businesses improve customer engagement, automate workflows and maximize operational efficiency through modern cloud technologies. The role aligns with the services commonly offered by software and CRM solution providers. We are looking for an experienced CRM Solutions Consultant to lead CRM implementation projects, analyze client business requirements and deliver scalable customer relationship management solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, project teams and software developers to ensure successful solution delivery while providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities **Business Discovery:** Gather and analyze client business processes, sales workflows and customer management requirements. **Solution Design:** Recommend CRM solutions that align with business objectives and operational needs. **Implementation:** Configure, customize and deploy CRM platforms based on client requirements. **Requirements Documentation:** Prepare functional specifications, process documentation and solution designs. **Stakeholder Engagement:** Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users, project managers and technical teams. **System Integration:** Coordinate CRM integration with ERP systems, websites, marketing automation platforms and third\-party applications. **Data Migration:** Support data cleansing, mapping, migration and validation activities. **User Training:** Deliver system demonstrations, administrator training and end\-user workshops. **Testing:** Prepare test scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing and validate system functionality. **Project Support:** Assist project managers in planning implementation timelines, milestones and deliverables. **Client Support:** Provide post\-implementation support, troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations. **Performance Analysis:** Evaluate CRM adoption, business performance and customer engagement metrics. **Documentation:** Maintain complete implementation documentation, user guides and knowledge base articles. **Solution Improvement:** Recommend enhancements that improve customer experience, operational efficiency and sales performance. What We Are Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline. * Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing or consulting on CRM solutions. * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, SugarCRM or similar CRM platforms. * Strong understanding of customer relationship management processes and business workflows. * Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. * Knowledge of CRM integrations, APIs and cloud\-based applications. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools. * Previous experience working in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage. * Arabic language skills are preferred but not required.
