Advise leadership on HR best practices and process improvements **Job Title: HR Analyst** **Location: Qatar** **Contract duration: To be discussed during interview** **Key Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment, C\&B, manpower planning, and HR operations * Assist in developing and updating HR policies and job descriptions * Collect data, prepare reports, and provide analysis * Advise leadership on HR best practices and process improvements * Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field * 4\+ years HR experience (healthcare preferred) * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office * Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Pay: QAR11,000\.00 \- QAR13,000\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
