Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment An **IT Support Technician / IT Support Engineer** in Qatar is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting an organization’s computer systems, networks, software, and hardware. The role provides technical assistance to employees, resolves IT issues, and ensures smooth daily operations of IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: * Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment * Provide technical support to employees through phone, email, or in\-person assistance * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues * Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions * Install and update operating systems, applications, and security software * Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business applications * Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi\-Fi, routers, switches) * Monitor IT systems and resolve technical problems quickly * Maintain IT inventory and documentation * Assist with backups, cybersecurity practices, and system upgrades * Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repairs and services Requirements: * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * Experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting * Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) * Good communication and problem\-solving skills * Certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are a plus Pay: QAR60,000\.00 \- QAR90,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
