Summary: DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT seeks an MEP BIM Modeler to perform BIM modeling, prepare and update models, and maintain BIM data for various MEP disciplines. Highlights: 1. Expert in MEP BIM modeling using Revit & AutoCAD 2. Develop and update LOD 400 & LOD 500 BIM models 3. Strong knowledge of MEP services and BIM standards DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for **MEP BIM Modeler** in Doha, Qatar Industry: Construction / AEC Experience Required: **Minimum 5 years in MEP BIM Modeling (AEC Industry)** Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Engineering Job Responsibilities: * MEP BIM modeling using Revit \& AutoCAD * Prepare LOD 400 \& LOD 500 BIM models * LOD 400 to be developed as per consultant design \& project requirements * Update BIM models (LOD 500\) based on: * Red\-line markups * Site survey reports * Laser scanning / point cloud inputs * Maintain BIM data as per project and client requirements \* ⁠MEP Discipline: HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Electrical Skill Requirements: * Strong knowledge of MEP services and construction practices * Good understanding of BIM standards, coordination \& documentation * Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines Joining: Immediate / As per project requirement Interested candidates share cv through email career@drawlines.com or WhatsApp \+974 77405500 Work Location: In person
