Opportunity to work on data centre, industrial, and large-scale projects The MEP Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all quantity surveying and cost control activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works throughout the project lifecycle. The role includes monitoring contractor progress, verifying payment applications, administering contracts, preparing cost reports, and ensuring effective financial control while maintaining compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements. **Experience:** A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering is required, along with 5–8 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying. Proven experience in data centre, industrial, and large\-scale building projects is strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in quantity surveying software are essential. **Reqd.
