Primary point of contact between Contractor, QatarEnergy, and stakeholders **Project Manager (CRND) – Oil \& Gas Project** **Position**: Project Manager (CRND) **Location:** Qatar Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager (CRND)** to lead and manage Oil \& Gas projects in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with client specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. **Key Responsibilities** Hold overall accountability for planning, execution, and delivery of the project within the agreed scope, schedule, cost, quality, and HSE requirements. Act as the primary point of contact between the Contractor, QatarEnergy, and other project stakeholders. Lead and direct the site\-based, multi\-disciplinary project team, ensuring adequate resourcing, coordination, and performance across all functions. Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and budget; initiate and drive corrective/recovery actions where required. Ensure full compliance with contract terms, Qatar Energy specifications, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Chair progress, coordination, and interface meetings; report project status, risks, and issues to senior management and the client. Manage the project risk register, variation/change orders, and any claims. Enforce HSE and QA/QC standards and culture across the entire project site. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Process Safety, Instrumentation, or equivalent). * Minimum **10 years of experience** in the Oil \& Gas industry, including experience as a **Project Manager** on similar projects. * Experience in **EPIC** or major Oil \& Gas projects is preferred. * Must have been on the contractor's permanent payroll for a minimum of **3 years**. * Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. * Excellent knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. * Ability to work on\-site for the full project duration Application Question(s): * Have you managed EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Construction) or other major Oil \& Gas projects? * Have you been employed on your current (or most recent) contractor's permanent payroll for at least three consecutive years? * Are you available to work on\-site in Qatar for the entire project duration?
