Innovate new ideas and processes to enhance efficiency We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical design. The ideal candidate will have expertise in wastewater treatment, plumbing, RO systems, and industrial projects. Strong skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project are essential, along with a valid Qatar MMUP/MME engineering registration. Key Responsibilities: * Lead project teams and devise plans for ongoing and upcoming projects. * Facilitate technical coordination meetings across disciplines. * Analyze technical issues and develop practical solutions independently. * Prepare design concepts, mechanical and electrical space requirements, and engineering calculations. * Draft technical reports, specifications, and contractual documents to high standards with minimal supervision. * Innovate new ideas and processes to enhance efficiency. * Ensure all engineering tasks are completed within set time, budget, and quality standards. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. * Present technical findings and recommendations when required. * Review material submittals, shop drawings, contractor bids, and equipment proposals. * Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience. * Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles. * Experience in preparing design documentation and engineering calculations. * Proficient in the preparation of mechanical and electrical design documents including P\&IDs and PFDs. * Familiarity with national and international engineering codes and standards. * Valid Qatar engineering registration from MMUP/MME is mandatory. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
