We are seeking an experienced Consulting Manager to lead client engagements, deliver strategic advisory services, and grow our consulting practice in Doha. The Consulting Manager will manage project teams, develop client relationships, and ensure high\-quality, timely delivery of consulting solutions that drive measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Lead end\-to\-end client engagements: scoping, planning, execution, and delivery. Manage and mentor consulting teams (consultants, analysts), allocating resources and ensuring professional development. Develop and maintain strong client relationships; act as primary client contact and trusted advisor. Conduct business analysis, develop recommendations, and create clear, compelling deliverables (presentations, reports, roadmaps). Design and implement strategic solutions across operations, digital transformation, change management, or other client\-specific areas. Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline targets; manage risks and escalations. Drive business development: identify opportunities, contribute to proposals, pitch to clients, and support contract negotiations. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform service offerings and thought leadership. Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (sales, delivery, product) to ensure cohesive service delivery. Maintain accurate project documentation, financials, and client status reports. Requirements 4\+ years of consulting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or lead role. Proven track record delivering consulting projects in strategy, operations, digital, or related areas. Strong client\-facing skills with ability to build trust at senior stakeholder levels. Excellent problem\-solving, analytical, and presentation skills. Experience managing teams, mentoring staff, and allocating project resources.
