**General Role** Provides analytical support to government leadership by evaluating data, forecasting outcomes, and guiding strategic decisions. **Key Responsibilities** · Conduct scenario analysis and predictive modeling for policy planning. · Prepare decision briefs and impact assessments for executive review. · Integrate financial, operational, and strategic data into decision models. · Support inter\-ministerial working groups with analytical expertise. · Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements. **Required Experience** · Minimum 15\+ years of experience in decision support or strategic analysis, including at least 3 years in a role within a Qatari government entity within the State of Qatar. · Experience in building and validating decision models using financial, operational, and strategic data. · Proficiency in planning tools and techniques. · Background in economic modeling or cost\-benefit analysis for government\-funded initiatives. · Experience in crisis management analytics or contingency planning. · Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive\-level briefings. · Familiarity with integrated planning systems and enterprise performance management tools. · Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
