In this role, you will play a key part in supporting mergers \& acquisitions, due diligence, and financial analysis projects. You will work closely with senior professionals to evaluate business performance, identify risks, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct financial due diligence and analyze company financial statements * Support M\&A transactions, including valuations, modeling, and deal structuring * Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and client deliverables * Identify key financial and operational risks and provide recommendations * Perform market and industry research to support transaction strategies * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on transaction execution * Assist in building financial models and forecasting scenarios **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field * 2–4 years of experience in transaction advisory, audit, corporate finance, or investment analysis * Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling * Knowledge of M\&A processes and due diligence practices * Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Exposure to high\-impact transactions and strategic projects * Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement * Collaborative, fast\-paced, and intellectually stimulating environment **How to Apply** If you are passionate about finance and eager to work on complex transactions, we invite you to apply by submitting your CV and a cover letter.
