Produce 3D models and visual presentations Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail\-oriented Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have strong design capabilities from concept development through to Issued for Construction (IFC) stage, with solid technical knowledge and regulatory awareness. The role requires collaboration within the team to develop high\-quality architectural designs for villa and building projects. Key Responsibilities: * Develop architectural designs from concept to IFC stage * Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation * Ensure compliance with local MME regulations and building codes * Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) * Produce 3D models and visual presentations * Participate in design reviews and client presentations Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with Valid UPDA Certification * Minimum 5 years of professional experience and 3 years in Qatar (consultant background preferred) * Strong design skills with a solid portfolio * Good knowledge of MME regulations and submission processes * Proficiency in preparing detailed technical drawings (AutoCAD proficiency is a must) * Strong 3D modeling skills (Revit is a must ) * Good communication and teamwork skills * On\-Site experience Job Type: Permanent Work Location: In person
