Key responsibilities * Elicit and document requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain traceability. * Map and analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend automation or process changes. * Produce functional specifications, wireframes and data models; collaborate with product and engineering on solutions. * Perform data analysis to extract insights and build reports/dashboards for stakeholders. * Coordinate and facilitate workshops, UAT and stakeholder sign‑offs; track requirements through delivery. * Define test cases, manage UAT, log defects and verify fixes against acceptance criteria. * Support change management: create user guides, training materials and conduct post‑implementation reviews. * Monitor solution performance against defined KPIs and support benefits realisation. Qualifications \& experience * Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field; relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA) advantageous. * 2–5 years’ experience in business analysis or product/requirements roles; Doha/GCC experience preferred. * Proficient in process mapping, requirements documentation, SQL and analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau). * Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart). * Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills. Pay: QAR35\.25 \- QAR45\.20 per hour Work Location: In person
