Summary: This role involves deploying, managing, and supporting Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services, focusing on security, migration, and client solutions. Highlights: 1. Manage and deploy Azure infrastructure, security, and identity solutions. 2. Handle cloud migrations, disaster recovery, and M365 integration. 3. Provide L1/L2/L3 client support and collaborate on solution design. \* Deploy and manage Azure infrastructure (VMs, storage, networking) \* Configure and support: \* Configure and administer Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance \* Microsoft 365 integration \* Manage Virtual Networks (VNet), VPN, Firewall \* Implement backup \& disaster recovery solutions \* Monitor performance using Azure Monitor \& Log Analytics \* Handle migrations (on\-prem to Azure) \* Deploy and manage Azure Security Centre, Defender for Cloud, and endpoint protection solutions \* Provide L1/L2/L3 support to clients \* Work with sales team for solution design \& presales \* Prepare documentation and reports \* Support Dynamics 365 deployments and integrations for clients in CRM/ERP environments \* Perform cloud migration planning and execution (lift\-and\-shift, re\-platform, re\-architect). \* Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions on Azure. \* Ensure compliance with client and regulatory data residency and security requirements \* Collaborate with sales teams to create Azure\-based proposals and BOMs. \* Stay current with Microsoft cloud technologies, certifications, and best practices Work Location: In person
