Operating out of the innovative **Al Rayyan Free Zone**, we are looking for a dynamic **E\-commerce Coordinator** to manage our digital ecosystem and deliver an unparalleled shopping experience to our customers across Qatar and beyond. This isn’t a "backend" role; it’s a growth role. You will be the architect of our online presence, ensuring that every click leads to a seamless conversion. **Your Digital Domain** * **Catalog Management:** Take full ownership of product listings, ensuring high\-quality imagery, compelling descriptions, and accurate inventory levels. * **Platform Optimization:** Monitor site performance and user journeys, identifying and fixing friction points to improve conversion rates. * **Campaign Coordination:** Collaborate with marketing to launch seasonal promotions, flash sales, and newsletter\-driven campaigns. * **Order Flow Supervision:** Work closely with the logistics team in the Free Zone to ensure that "Ordered" becomes "Delivered" in record time. * **Analytics \& Insight:** Turn data into action. Track KPIs, monitor bounce rates, and report on sales trends to guide our inventory strategy. **What You Bring to the Table** * **The Digital Native:** 2\+ years of experience in e\-commerce (Shopify, Magento, or Amazon Seller Central experience is a huge plus). * **The Copywriter’s Heart:** An ability to write product descriptions that don't just inform, but sell. * **The Analyst’s Mind:** Comfortable using Google Analytics and Excel to find the "why" behind the numbers. * **The Local Edge:** Understanding of the Qatar retail market and consumer behavior within the GCC. * **The Location:** Ability to work on\-site at our Al Rayyan Free Zone hub.
