**HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** =========================== The Ned Doha Doha* Competitive* Full time **Key Responsibilities**: * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. * Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the best talent is hired. * Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. * Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. * Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. * Maintain a pay plan and benefits program. * Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. * Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. * Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). * Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other Assistant HR Manager * People\-oriented and results\-driven. * Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics. * Knowledge of HR systems and databases. * Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. * Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. * In\-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. * HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM\-CP, SHRM\-SCP) is a plus. * Qatar experience is a plus **What's in it for you?** * Exclusive rates at The Ned for staying and eating for you, your family and friends * Regular social events * Employee assistance program – 24/7 advice and support * Reward and recognition initiatives At The Ned, we don't just celebrate our diversity, we challenge ourselves to do even better.
